Manor Alpha 8 Patch 2

Patch 2 - there was a crash and some ordering issues with some ui screens; hopefully that's all the disruptive issues.

Changelog:

+ Hopefully fixed some screen ordering issues
+ Incapacitated enemies no longer slow the recovery speed of characters
+ Direct maid praising order can no longer be given if there are no known maids to praise
+ Fixed being able to make a card act on itself
+ Fixed cards interacting with their child cards while the card is being dragged (e.g. dropping a character on an item they're holding)
+ Fixed being able to do some special actions on clothing a character is currently wearing
+ Fixed another issue with the direct genderbend at halfway option
+ Whether male trainees genderbend at halfway when transformed in ways other than a direct action can now be set on the master suite
