Incarnasoul Alpha 17 Patch 4

Saving and loading speedup, and some related stuff.

Changelog:

+ Changed asset loading and dl code to help with mac damaged file issue. This may have side effects
+ Images downloaded during gameplay should now be possible to view without needing to restart the game
+ Implemented new saving and loading code; should be much much faster compared to previous. Please let me know if there are any issues!
+ Added an 'Autosaving...' overlay that appears when the game autosaves
