Incarnasoul Alpha 17 Patch 3

A few crash fixes, a few other fixes, and some minor changes.

Changelog:

+ Fixed a crash when hovering some buildings
+ Fixed a couple of crashes caused by the transformation fetish item activating when only one change is possible
+ Fixed a crash caused by void cages when processing a turn
+ Fixed two 'incarnate soul' options showing when a character is a mind writer and a body shaper
+ Fixed souls/incarnations not being removed from their lodging when their incarnation status changes. Most legacy cases should fix themselves, but some may not
+ Hopefully fixed tokens disappearing after loading/starting new games several times in some cases
+ Fixed templates other than the first one created not ending up in the box of the activity they are created from
+ Made some tweaks to vSync/framerate capping to try and better avoid unnecessarily high frame rates
+ Hopefully fixed salon not being used first for salon requiring activities
+ Added extra character reward images for this month
