Incarnasoul Alpha 16 Patch 1

Fixes, particularly for downloading the full asset file in game.

+ Fixed crash when receiving the lady meeting activity
+ Possible fix for cards sometimes getting stuck mid-tf
+ Fixed a nasty crash that occurred when an error occurs off the main thread
+ Fixed downloader not being able to handle files >2GB
+ Fixed rerolling body shaping and mind writing activities causing the targeted trait to change
+ Adding a tag filter when no tags exist now shows a message about the lack of tags
+ Fixed enhanced sexual sensitivity and lubricated butthole not being body shapeable
+ Fixed education not being teachable
