Incarnasoul Alpha 15 Patch 1

Some fixes before I start work on Alpha 16, and template tag steps.

Changelog:

+ Fixed purify asking if you'd like to turn angels into angels (may have also sometimes caused crashes)
+ Hopefully fixed salon activities not necessarily favouring using the salon
+ Allowed creating item creation activities when no blacksmith is ready to create them
+ Fixed remove cursed item critical success not being marked as skillfully removed
+ Fixed template issue with figuring out the prerequisites for incarnating
+ Fixed inn fun result showing a decimal
+ Added a template step that sets tags
+ Fixed tag removal not triggering a display update for cards with the tag
