Fixes, including a few crashes.

Changelog:

+ Editing a tattoo on a template now gives the same options as adding one
+ Editing a tattoo string in full custom mode now prepopulates with the current tattoo
+ Possibly fix for when asset downloading fails in certain ways
+ Increased the time given for the Make a Maid activity
+ The rough value of a character is now listed in their description
+ Quick sell now uses the sale value of a character (but gives a very bad return compared to sale activities)
+ Fixed crash caused by dragging a tattoo template over a character who already has the tattoo to be applied
+ Possible fix for a crash that occurs when opening the trait dropdown while creating a character
+ Added buttons to set current energy/matter to dev menu (f2)
+ Added missing multi-string trait handling (tattoos currently) to various effects
+ Fixed sorting of items, buildings and locations by name in boxes
+ Fixed not being able to drop equipment onto characters when the equipment and character are in a box
+ Angelica enchantment should now make characters compliant
