Incarnasoul Alpha 13 Patch 1

A few fixes; the issues with objects in boxes being deleted or otherwise removed in particular.

Changelog:

+ Prevented loading/saving a game during turn processing
+ Fixed autosaves from pages other than the first not being deleteable
+ Fixed crashes/save issues caused by objects inside boxes being removed from play
+ Fixed issues with deleting/adding rulesets while a game is in progress
+ Fixed an issue with resetting a ruleset to default
