Incarnasoul Alpha 10 Patch 2

Several fixes before work on Alpha 11 starts.

Changelog:

+ Added physique and height to various roles/templates, and to body shaping
+ Changed body shaping tooltips to use better qualifiers
+ Added a 'busy' filter to the automation character filter
+ Auto assignment will no longer pull characters from not yet started activity cards
+ Fixed cards drifting as templates are applied to them
+ Fixed building demolition not being cancellable
