Incarnasoul Alpha 9 Patch 3

Fix for a common crash that occurred whenever a character or item was removed (lost/sold/etc.) via an activity, and a few other things.

Changelog:
+ Fixed crash when activities involve loss of characters or items
+ Fixed bimbo curse at game start
+ Fixed a few text issues
+ Fixed the back buttons on the activity and character list screens
+ The next turn button will now re-enable after starting a new game/loading one - this should generally be fine after a crash, but be careful
+ Enabled mind scrubbing for souls
+ Fixed template being applied not being cleared after completion
