Incarnasoul Alpha 5 Patch 1

A patch before I get working on Alpha 6; the equipment bug was particularly nasty (and hopefully catches all cases).

Changelog:

+ Updated in game assets link
+ Hopefully fixed a crash occurring when equipment runs out of charges at the end of an activity
+ Fixed auto assign pulling characters from activities that have not yet started
+ Fixed auto assign not properly considering characters in certain circumstances
+ View character/activity/item interfaces now have scroll bars for long text
+ Fixed exception when trying to add a trait in the character creator when there are no traits available
